Do you organise accommodation?

We don’t book accommodation directly, but we’re happy to assist with route planning, daily logistics, and local recommendations to make your ride stress-free.

Do you charge extra for fuel?

No — fuel is included in our pricing. The only additional costs are for ferries or Channel Tunnel crossings where applicable.

What’s the best route?

There are plenty of great cycling routes to choose from. We recommend using the Cycling UK Route Guide, which offers expert advice and mapping tools to plan your perfect journey.

Do you offer any other advice or support?

Absolutely! We’re here to help with planning, logistics, and rider questions.
We can also offer bike hire if you don’t have a suitable bike for your trip.

What’s your availability?

We provide cycling support services all year round.
Get in touch to discuss your preferred dates — we recommend booking early as peak times fill up fast.

How does it work day to day?

Each morning, we’ll meet you at your accommodation to collect luggage and help with bike setup.
During the day, our support van stays within 30 minutes of your group for fast mechanical or medical assistance.
We can also carry lunches, drinks, and energy snacks (arranged in advance and tailored to dietary needs).
At the end of each day, we’ll deliver your luggage and carry out a bike safety check for every rider.

What’s inside the support van?

Our van is fully kitted out with professional tools, spare parts, spare bikes, and a full first aid kit.
Before your event, we’ll confirm details of each rider’s bike to make sure we have the right equipment on board.

Do you support E-Bikes?

Yes — we’re fully equipped for E-bike support.
We carry diagnostic software and offer charging facilities en route if required.

What don’t you cover?

We don’t provide passenger transport — only bike and luggage support.
Accommodation and evening meals are your responsibility, but we’re always happy to advise or recommend options.
Please note: we do not arrange visas or permissions for overseas rides.

How many riders can you support?

Our support van can carry 6–8 bikes and assist groups of up to 12 riders.
Larger groups can be accommodated with an additional vehicle and staff member for an extra charge.

Do you offer pre-event bicycle checks?

Yes, and we insist on it, whether thats via us or another bike shop. We offer a service that includes a Derailleur hanger (supplied), Spoke lengths and Brake pad details. These are the bits that are difficult to locate or work out part numbers.

Example of Costs ;

• Lejog 10 day - £4850

• Lejog 14 day - £6650

• Wales End to End 4 day - £2425

• London to Paris 3 day - £1995 + Ferry costs

Example - with an average price of £2695 per rider for a fully organised LeJoG event, this offers a much lower price of just £405 per rider, you would then add your accommodation.
